LG Model LRFWS2906S /00 Refrigerator is unusually loud

I’ve had this refrigerator for a little over a year. A couple days ago it got really loud. It almost sounds like a lawnmower. I have a video here to demonstrate. As soon as I open the door it stops

My question is, it that most likely the compressor? I can’t think of anything else that is capable of making such a loud noise. The compressor is still covered under LG’s warranty. I just don’t want to have someone come out say it’s something else and be charged a big trip fee.

Any guidance on this would be most appreciated.

Usually if the noise stops when the door is opened it is one of the fans. Alot of times it is the blade is rubbing on ice or the bearings of the motor are worn.

Update, The noise stopped and the fridge stopped cooling. The Freezer isperfectly cold. I then had a code FF on the display. Which means freezer fan. Like you said there are 2 fans. That would be one in the freezer compartment, and one accessed through the back of the fridge. Is the one in the freezer compartment the one that controls the temp for the fridge portion and the one that is referenced by the code?

This is a single evaporator in the freezer the fan is for air flow. There is also a damper to control temp in the refrigerator section.  No air flow no cooling in the refrigerator.  Need to find out why the fan stopped.
