They look like normal burner switches and thermostats, so you should be able to find replacements from the component manufacturer (robertshaw, etc.) if you need any.

Edit: I'm stupid. The wiring diagram is on page 46 of the book you took a picture of.

Got a picture of one of the switches that's in there? Something with the numbers and a picture of the back.

The switch lists in the manual as a s6250, googled it and came up with this:

The element doesn't list in the manual. Looks like guaranteed parts for heartland.

BTW the switch is a robertshaw 6250 if you want to look for a less expensive  part.
