Control Panel LED does not light up - Whirlpool Duet Washer - GHW9100LW1

Hi All,

The LED on my Whirlpool Duet Washer - GHW9100LW1 very faintly lights up two of the segments on the top of the LED.  None of the other LED segments light up.

Buttons don't do anything.

Control panel dead?

Or is there some sort of reset that can be done to bring it back to life?

Your insight is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I would access the control and check for loose connections to the main board before replacing it. Otherwise, the replacement is obsolete,

Hi Matt,

I checked the cables and unplugged and plugged it back in and it looks dead.

I'm going to try an ebay replacement that is returnable so my only risk is return shipping costs.  Washer still works great so it's worth a small investment to get it going.

Thanks
