OVEN IS NEW LOWER OVEN WILL NOT SELF CLEAN DISPLAY FLASHES LOCK AFTER SELF CLEAN FUNCUTION IS SELECTED.CUSTOMER HAD GE SERVICE IN HOME ,HOWEVER BECAUSE ELECTRICTION HAD NOT MARKED BREAKERS HE COULD NOT FIX IT BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO SEE WHICH OF THREE BREAKERS CONTROLED UNIT,SO HE LEFT TELLING CUSTOMER LATCH ASSEMBLY WAS THE CAUSE.WE WERE CALLED BECAUSE COUSTOMER WANTED IT FIXED FORGET THE WARRANTIE ORDERED LATCH ,INSTALLED,PROBLEM STILL OCCURS.HELP WSM
