Fixitrightthefirsttime Posted June 4, 2023 Posted June 4, 2023 Manufacturer: Speed Queen Type of Appliance: Washer Model Number: AFNE9BSP116TW01 Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes Can’t find online a parts manual. Need a parts diagram please that clearly lists and points to parts on diagram. Customer complaint is that washer is shaking like crazy. A bracket in the front that secures the bottom washer weight to the floor appears to have broken off and gone for a hike. Screws fell out and three are missing. Can’t find a parts manual online or website that clearly illustrates parts locations. There’s also a product code on this one - Product code: FF7008WN. Please see pics. Thank you!

I had figured that out once I got a hold of the parts diagram - my bad for not touching base sooner. Like I had written earlier, customer was complaining that the machine was shaking like crazy. I had gone back there and had them test it with clothes and made sure that it was well anchored to the ground - appeared to test good. So I closed it out, only to get called again - recommended expensive repairs which they weren’t to keen on - end of story for now. (In the back of my mind was wondering if that shipping bracket had never been removed from the beginning and so the customer got used to operating the machine with that bracket attached which kept the machine from shaking as much - then once the shipping bracket broke off the drum the machine started shaking a lot and alarmed the customer. Who knows?!)
