Dishwasher will only fully drain on “Rinse Only” Kitchenade KUDS02FRSS4

Issue: Dishwasher stops prior to cycle end and doesn’t drain fully. If I push start, it will continue cleaning, but will never finish the cycle. If I then press cancel, it, will drain fully.

Troubleshooting: I have removed and cleared all hoses, cleared the chopper assembly and filter and checked every connection for blockage. I have also replaced the drain pump. The same problem persists.

However, I have recently discovered that on “rinse only” cycle the dishwasher successfully completes the cycle and drains fully.

So I guess the question is what is different about the “Rinse Only” cycle than all the other cycles? again “rinse only is the only cycle that will finish and drain fully. What does this suggest?
