Samsung Dryer DV350AEP No Longer Starts

Our Samsung Dryer has power with no error codes. If you push the power and start buttons, the timer even starts like the dryer is running.  After a couple of minutes, the timer jumps to 1 minute in cool down mode.  There are no noises and no smells. I can turn the tumbler with my hand, but it doesn't exactly spin freely when I turn it manually. Any ideas? I'm not even sure how to open this style up since the top doesn't completely cover the top (see picture). Any pointers would be appreciated. The date on the serial number tag is 2012, but the dryer is only used once or twice a week.

Thanks, Sam

Without looking the most likely suspect would be a broken belt. The screws for the top are in the back, usually 2 screws with 10mm heads or can use a Philips screwdriver to remove. The top will slide straight back and lift off.  Google your model number to find full disassemble videos.

Thanks for your response.  I found a great video that goes through testing several different possibilities, assuming it's not the belt.  My thermal cut-off fuse is bad.  For anyone with similar problems, here's the link to the video:

It's didn't match my machine exactly, but it was about a 95% match.

Thanks Again!
