I'm helping a friend out and the Heavy Duty and Normal lights just keep flashing without any pauses until you turn off the circuit breaker. When you turn it back on after awhile, it continues the same thing. I need any tech info and/or troubleshooting info. Thanks.

I forgot to mention that it will not start and run. And pressing the cancel button to try to end a cycle and start the 2 minute drain cycle does not work.
