Manufacturer: LG
Type of Appliance: Dryer
Model Number: DLEX3370R
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

A friend sent me a video of his dryer thumping once every drum revolution. I remember a Samsung I worked on years ago that had a service bulletin to replace a defective drum. Does any such service bulletin exist for this one?

The model is DLEX3370R and the serial is 804KWHX1E297

None for the drum, couple of for roller noise, uploaded pending approval. The samsung drums split at the weld seams. Worth a look on lg drum.

This one was the drum cracking where the rollers ride on the front;  my customer said this happened before with another LG dryer.
