Maytag Washer Not Draining: F9E1 Model #MVW7232HW0

Maytag Washer, Model #: MVW7232HW0, Serial #: CX4700445.
At times, the washer will not finish its cycle. The tub is full of water and the lid is locked. Error code reads: F9E1 Check that the Drain is Clear. Once a power cycle is performed the washer can finish a load / drain successfully multiple times until the error code reappears. There appears to be no obstructions at the pump or anywhere else. Also, the drain hose is properly seated. The machine is drain at times. The error code appears intermittently. The drain pump and electronic control board have been replaced, so far. Thoughts? Thank you.
