Manufacturer: GE
Type of Appliance: Refrigerator, SxS
Model Number: CSHS6UGZB SS
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Again,, no one has the means to access the GE onboard diagnostics that would make the diagnosis and repair possible so that the customer doesn't buy a new refrigerator.   Time is of the essence and when I have to put the disclaimer that the damper { in this case }   may not solve the problem,   9 out of ten times the customer is buying a new refrigerator.

I would be happy to pay for some of these diagnostics,  if they were available,  BUT THEY ARE EVIDENTLY NOT. !
