Hi Everyone,

The the motor pulley has come off and left residues on the shaft.

May someone advice on how to clean the shaft and how to purchase the correct motor pulley.

They don’t sell the pulley from the parts diagram. You need new motor.

So i removed the residue from the shaft! 

the part list for this model do not sell the pulley

where can i buy the pulley for this model? so i can repair and resell the dryer

Just google whirlpool dryer motor pulley. A couple of different ones come up, you'll have to compare pictures. Since there isn't a pulley listed in the parts list it is just guess.

@jiaho What @Vance R said or if you can't find one that you're pretty sure is correct then look-up the part# for your motor and find a cheap used motor on Ebay then either use the complete motor or swap the pulley off the Ebay motor to your known good motor.

This is a ( hybrid ) machine that is part old amana/speedqueen design on the running gear and magic chef on the controls so the pulley for a speed queen dryer works for one of these + it is made out of brass not the pot metal so it doesn’t have the same appearance
