Hello, Needing the fast track or manual with how to get into diagnostic mode for this unit. Also does anyone know what is required for installing updates via the RJ45 jack for this?

Hey! thanks but I'm specifically needing the diagnostic mode entry and any info on updating software. This is not included in the related Service manual that comes up with the search. 

@Son of Samurai is there a fast track or know where to get this info? Holding Soil and spin and hitting the power button is not working. Also have tried delay and spin and delay and soil with power button.

Unfortunately, I’m out of town until Tuesday. Normally that wouldn’t stop me from getting info for you, but Samsung’s servicer site only works on Windows computers, and my laptop’s a Mac.

This model number don't pull up WA55A73000AE, WA55A7300AR/US came with just the service and training manual. Training manual has  how to enter diag mode. Believe for updates you have to use HASS to do the updates.
