Water from dispenser is not in a "stream" but leaks all over the front of refrigerator.

Could be mineral deposits or cracked tube. Pictures or video would be helpful to make better suggestions.

Thank you for responding.  Just for fun I took a Q tip and stuck it up into the the place out of which the water dispenses. Wiggled it around a bit and voila! It's fixed!  I'm not sure what caused it. We were out of town on vacation and the day we left it was fine.  Came home 10 days later to the issue.
