just received call for DOA fridge. no lights no cooling, no noises at all .  breaker was reset and still no power to fridge. i will check the normal procedures for power to unit checks but a service manual would be helpful with a wiring schematic/diagram sounds like the main board but looking for the service manual to get the needed specs on this for diagnostic procedures any help would be appreciated thanks

I think you may have added a Z in the model number. If that's removed, the manual is on the site already:

thanks so much for chiming in on this Marcus. That was the model # relayed to me from the customer. Yes it looks definitely like that was what happened if i look at the numbers on the service manual you supplied. the numbers are way to close not to think that. Thanks brother. I really appreciate that.
