Greetings!  I'm so happy to find this forum! :)  I have a Frigidaire refrigerator, model FFPT10F0KM, (top-freezer model), which has begun to drip water from the vents (don't know what they're called) under the freezer during defrost. The water, quite a lot of it, comes down from the vents circled in the attached photo, and also a little bit from the area in the back circled as well. I tried leveling it with the front slightly higher, as Bob Vila recommends, but it didn't fix the issue. I've read that the piece at the top of the refrigerator unit can be removed to check for blockage in the drain, but I'm not sure with this model.  Is anyone familiar with this model to know if I should remove the two screws circled in the attached photo or will I open a great big can o' worms?  There's also no kick plate in the front, it's a smaller fridge.  I've never done repairs on an appliance before, so not sure if this is fixable or how I might go about it. Can anyone offer advice? Thank you for your help!
