Whirlpool SxS no ice, led blinks twice. WRS342FIAM00

Fridge isn't new, but not that old.  Just stopped making ice.  Water flows freely from the door.  The LED blinks twice, then pauses.  This is the LED that (I think) is part of the stuff that determines if the bucket is full.  No water in the tray.  Tried cleaning off the lenses on the sensors, but no love.  Turned the ice maker on and off - blinks either way.  Unplugged the fridge for about 15 minutes, still no love.

Any help welcome.  Happy day after the day after the 4th of July!

No water in tray.

1. Check for water frozen in the water supply tube where water enters the freezer ( it's in the top left of the back wall ). If plugged use a hair dryer or heat gun to heat the tube being careful to not let water get on the dryer/gun. Another method is a turkey baster and a tray with hot water.

2. Water inlet valve can be checked using a multimeter. Unplug the fridge first then remove the plug from the valve and check for continuity across the two terminals.
