Manufacturer: Bluestar
Type of Appliance: Wall oven
Model Number: BSDEWO30SDV3
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

No tech sheet or schematic on unit, just a simple wiring diagram would help a lot. Brand new unit and lower oven has no heat.

@Rhubarb Tau, do you happen to have any info for this? I seem to remember you having access to some Bluestar info in the past.

I don't unfortunately; I serviced Bluestar at my previous big employer, but went out on my own as an independent Mar 2023. Bluestar seems to be one of these premium-ish brands though that seem to talk to anybody, could always give them a call, either their main number (don't have it at hand), or the saved number I have for their one technician / tech support is Miles - (610) 944-4369

For their wall ovens and speed ovens, there is typically a schematic or wire diagram behind the console, either a printed copy or a decal, though sometimes the decals may be hidden behind some sheet metal baffles
