Could you also help me with the difference between:

RSIR, CSIR, PTCS_CR & CSR

RSIR = Resistance Start, Induction Run

CSIR = Capacitance Start, Induction Run

CR = Capacitor Run (aka - split phase)

CSR = Capacitor Start and Run
