    Thanks for the help. There only 3 switches, the top should be NO (Primary) and the middle should be NC (Second), and the last should be NO (Door sensing)? What puzzles me that all the switches were the same and it still works.

    I am not finding a parts site that identifies the mini manual for that model. Guessing maybe it is in this ball game!

    If by loud, you mean sounds like a jet taking off in spin and the noise ramps up the faster it spins? If so, that sounds like a bearing in the gearcase and the only fix is to replace the gearcase. It's not a terribly difficult job but the part alone is upwards of $300. There are videos on YouTube showing how to do it if you're so inclined.
