So our Samsung fridge started freezing food all of a sudden. I pulled it out and cleaned all the dust off the back and pulled the back cover off and cleaned the coils using a vacuum and compressed air. There was quite a lot of dust. But its still staying below freezing (29 F) with is set at the lowest setting (warmest). What do I do next to troubleshoot? Thanks! Chris

The lights on my GE fridge have gone very dim. Everything else is working fine on the unit. The switch still turns them all the way off. Is this a bulb issue or indicating something bigger?

The refrigerator is mentioned in the service manual linked here: I cannot afford the tech account fee to download this document... Can anyone advise me on what to replace when the ice maker creates ice and keeps it frozen, but also leaks water behind the ice maker assembly? I have detached the entire ice maker assembly from the door and found ice buildup behind it, covering the wiring harness and motor. This water also accumulates behind/under the plastic covers surrounding the ice maker. I cannot tell if there is water leaking inside the door itself... It doesn't look like it. I don't see any obvious cracks on water lines.

Working on a Thermadore Professional PRG304US gas range/oven. It's an older model. There are 2 simmer burners +2 standard burners. The front simmer burner was on and made a very loud "popping," sound before shutting down completely. Following the "pop," both the front and rear XLO/simmer burns quit functioning (no power light on, no spark, no gas). The other 2 burners and the oven are functioning normally. Have replaced both potentiometers with new replacement parts as well as the ignition device. Both burners are still not functioning. No electrical or gas. What would cause this? Faulty gas value? Thanks in advance for your input.

After hooking up washer, started a load but the machine stopped after wash cycle. Water didn't drain. Drained it manually, checked level, opened it up to clean filters and hoses. Noticed the tub is cocked back. Didn't think it was right by continued checking for clogged pipes and such. So have same problem and can't find anything that shows me how the tub is suppose to be, and how to fix it if it's not sitting right

I was wondering where I could find a charging assembly like that nu-calgon one. Thanks for sharing this! oh, how does that vacuum pump work for you? It’s much cheaper cost wise than a cps.

This happens to have happened when I installed a new washer right next to it, so maybe it is from physical damage or something else. I don't remember hitting the unit at all. When the start button is pressed, there is a buzzing sound but there is no turning of the drum. If I move the dial to other settings (I included a screen shot of the dials below), such as cottons, there is no buzzing at all when I press the start button. Also, on the time dry setting, it will not buzz at 80 minutes but will when dialed down to 60. If there is buzzing, I assume there is no issue with the door switch or power to it. I checked the vent and it seems to be clear. Any suggestions anyone might have as to the issue I would greatly appreciate the insight. I am going to be gone for the evening but if there are any follow up questions, I am happy to answer them when I can. Thanks for the help!
