MsAnn Posted July 15, 2016 Well pooh. I serviced this unit yesterday morning. The client complaint was "DW-really loud". Of course I asked her when was the DW loud? Fill, wash, drain or rinse? Well as normality goes around this camp "didn't notice" "must be all the time". hee haw! I went over and brought a new impeller with me and replaced switched it out. Oh she got so giddy when. I started it up and said "that's much better". I was stunned cuz it sure sounded loud to me. I dissembled the sump area and found a couple of tooth picks and 2 rubber thing a ma gigs. Removed them. Reassembled and poof...like magic...quiet as a kitten. Thank you for the info. I am so happy I found appliantoligy.org. Thanks again! Ms Ann
