  2. Thanks. That might be over my pay/expertise grade. ;(

  4. Sounds like the flow of gas is being obstructed somewhere. Might need to dig deeper... into burner tubes. Great video!
  5. After about 5-6 minutes of heating, the outer ring of the double ring burner front left starts going on and off quickly in a sputter. Igniter does not seem to be the problem. Cleaned the burner outlets. Any ideas?
  6. That's how I found it. I found that since my area is saturated with WP products it is a good investment to subscribe to service matters. Many times I take a call while on the road or in a persons home that adds another appliance on while I'm there. I able to look up the tech sheet right there and not have to wait for it to be uploaded here. Also allows me to help others find their tech sheets. Just like Appliantology membership, it is not an expense, it is an investment.
  7. Needing Repair Techs!!

Honestly, if you can catch a Sears or a&e tech at lunch, or on a break, have a chat with him. Odds are he is looking for a more stable job with less selling involved. You might also check out some Facebook groups such as: Appliance Tech Life appliance technician group Appliance Pro Talk to name a few...

  9. need service manual for WTW7300DW0

There's no way you could have! A single PUB can apply to lots of different models but cross referencing them is unique to each manufacturer's internal database. Lots of times, I'll look up the tech sheet by model number on Service Matters only to find that it uses the same PUB number already uploaded to Appliantology under a different model number. But the only way I can find that out is by looking up the model number on Service Matters. If you're not finding a tech sheet or service manual here at Appliantology by model number and wildcard search, don't hesitate to post a request and ask for help!
  10. Needing Repair Techs!!

Catch 'em as they run screaming out of Sears... (?)
  11. Thanks Guy's for that help. I appreciate that you took your time to help out Thanks so much. This helps not only in my confidence when I walk in the door for this repair but it also shows me that there are techs on this site who care to help out other upcoming techs with good information. Im only 7 years into appliance repair and boy there is still so much to be learned Thanks again to everyone who has contributed to this file being accessible. I didn't think of putting in a different model # search for this 7300 mod. I will try to perfect my search skills on a more broader base in the future.

  13. Samsung DV40J3000EW/A2 stops mid normal cycle

How well does water flow through it? I have had some dryers that fail a flow test with a meter and screen "looks clear" but after washing them with hot soap and water they pass the flow test.

  15. Samsung DV40J3000EW/A2 stops mid normal cycle

Yes, I was trying to explain to Gill why John had him test air fluff.
  16. Siphoning Speed Queen Washer

whats strange is i have seen customers once in a while who have taped their drain hose at the top of the stand pipe and wrapped it tight with no air gap at all and then I ask them how there washer has been working all this time with the drain line hose taped up like that and they tell me its worked fine . This is very confusing to me because yes as you say AccAPP I have heard that you can't tape the drain shut tight and that it needs an air gap to properly drain ???
  17. Looking for service repair / Tech sheets for this Whirlpool Cabrio top load washer Mod # WTW7300DW0 any help would be appreciated thanks Darren
  18. Samsung DV40J3000EW/A2 stops mid normal cycle

Has it just blown 1 Fuse or several fuses ? Just wondering if you may have had a bad new fuse or like Applianceman97 had mentioned are they after market fuses that you are using that may be faulty and blowing to soon. something to think about also

  21. Samsung DV40J3000EW/A2 stops mid normal cycle

What he is saying is that he did run an air fluff cycle and it did not heat. Therefor the relay is not stuck.
  22. Samsung DV40J3000EW/A2 stops mid normal cycle

If you run no heat cycle and it heats, either relay stuck closed or heating element shorted.
  23. Was is the files section already. Here is the link. Check out the video on how to search for files. It may help you in the future.
  24. Looking for service manual or wire schematic or both. Unit is completely dead after self clean. Cooktop works but nothing else. Unfortunately never have seen this model or have worked on it. I'm assuming a fuse is blown by unsure where it's located and can't find it and parts breakdown.
