  1. WDF520PADM0 Whirlpool dishwasher will start to fill with water and then stop. I cannot figure this out and it is driving me crazy. History on it is: the usual start light wouldn't come on and it was stuck in drain mode (I think). I put it in diagnostics mode, it ran through everything but never gave an error code. I replaced the control board and it started up like it used to, light was back on. Now on start up it starts to fill with water then stops filling, the heating element seems to come on and then it just seems to stay in that mode without completely filling with water, the arms don't seem to get enough water to rotate or even rinse down the soap that I put in earlier. I thought it was the inlet valve or water supply, both are fine. What's happening is that the water valve is getting 115V and filling and then it drops to 24V and cuts off the water. Any suggestions? Circulation pump?
