My wife’s best friend just sent me a text that her washer just stopped. I went by and opened it up: 1. checked the pump for any obstructions. All clear 2. checked motor for a reset button (none) 3. Got juice to the unit. 4. not sure where to go from here please advise with any input so I can begin to fix this thing. Thanks in advance

my wife’s best friend just called me asking if I can fix her washer. I told her that I use The Appliance Samurai site all the time when stuff breaks. This is what she sent me Stop working mid cycle - it is like it is dead. I have tripped the breaker several times. The dryer works perfectly - it’s just the washer. There is still water in the washer because I can not get the washer to do anything. where do I begin to fix this thing? Please help
