  1. Hi all, new to this board but saw a video on Youtube and thought I would try posting my question here. I just bought a Vinotemp wine cooler from a wholesaler I know (not functioning) and thought I would take a chance as these units typically have pretty easy fixes. In this case I am stumped. I have the power distribution control card out of the unit and noticed that one of the board mounted fuses was blown. Under a magnifier it appears to be a 1A 250V axial fuse. I ordered a couple from Mouser with this same rating (got the wrong size 5mm X 20mm but that should not really matter). I removed the blown fuse and replaced it with the new one on the board. Replaced all the wiring noticed nothing again no power lights compressor nothing. Checked the continuity of the fuse and it was blown again. Hmmm. Replaced it one more time and same thing its not the fuse:). Cant figure out what would be doing this. I broke down and ordered a new power card from Vinotemp but am still curious as to why this might be happening? I don't have a schematic of the control card but have the part number although I imagine the folks that make these cards in China change quite often. Paul
