  1. Hi Everyone, It's been a while since I posted here. But it's great to know there's a resource like this available. Here's my problem. After 10 years of consistently overloading out dishwasher, one of the upper rack's rollers has bent. I will try to attach the photo. I thought that the bolt that hold the roller had bent, but no: the moiunting point behind the sidewall (where the roller screws into) has bent downward. Now, that track/rail falls out of place whenever we move the racks. So here are my questions: 1. Before I go in there and force it too much, is there any way that I can access this mounting point if i take the dishwasher out from under the cabinet? I looked at some of the parts manauls, but i did not see anything that looked liek a mounting bracket that i could replace. 2. Will I risk breaking something important if I try to bend everything back into place? (I was thinking about weling a rod to one of the old screws to make a longer lever) 3. is there another way to fix this? Thanks!
