GE jts5000sn2ss wall oven display blinking.

This ovens display has blinked, sometimes intermittently since we powered it up. Set the time, still blinks. Disconnect the power for extended period, still blinks. Checked the wiring and its solid and correct. Took the panels off and checked for any loose wires, didn't find any. Disconnected and reconnected the display ribbon cable, still blinks. Kind of out of options other than using the warranty so any help would be appreciated.
