Ge front load washer, The washer won't go into spin mode. Error Code=3 which means locked rotor but it isn't Locked. I Can spin it by hand. This is the only code = 3 when I run diagnostics. I'm not sure if its the inverter board or accelerator board because the both have hall sensor control. the unit washer runs, fills when on normal cycle. works about 2 minutes shuts off and says on the screen end of cycle. No other error code on machine. This washer is only 4 yrs old. Have you had any similar problem like this one or some Idea's what this could be?

Thank You.
