See the attached video. The display board keeps turning on and off every 4-10 seconds.

  • Buttons are not responsive.
  • The light works ok.
  • Burners and burner sparkers work ok.
  • Upper oven works ok (with correct LEDs Upper Oven and Oven Heating lighting up properly).
  • Lower oven does not work (it is controlled by the buttons, so no surprises).

Power cycling (power off for over 30 minutes) did not fix it. 

Do you think this is a bad control board? Or could it be anything else (a lose/shorted wire or a capacitor that's not on the control board)? Anything I can test before ordering a new control board?

An update.

I received and replaced the control board, and the issue is resolved.
