one man show challenges

Hey guys sometimes i forget i have this resource and i need help. i am currently a one man show and trying to grow the business now. I'm having some challenges as to getting a tech and a receptionist. i wanted to pick some peoples brain and see how does one go to that transition? I've been in the business since 2018, started fulltime in 2020. i am a premier partner with LG (though i don't see any benefit from being premier). last year my company took a cash flow hit from LG and from what i understand i think other manufacturers are starting to do the same thing. Last year LG started taking the cod work for themselves and told customers they are charging a flat rate of $455 with tax and they would cover everything under the sun. then they would give me those jobs and pay me warranty rate. i went back to the manager i deal with in my area (Georgia ) and he said they started doing that. Furious i told him what is the point of this relationship if your taking the cod work away? You already don't pay me enough for the warranty work but what made up for it was the cod work you were sending me. this put me in a bind because i was relying on that cash flow to get to the next level of hiring a receptionist and a tech. plus now waiting for two weeks to get paid on jobs i normally would of got the cash on  the spot along with adding more paperwork to get paid. even though i was preparing for this already however that back up plan has not came into fruition yet. i started doing the google ads and i hired a company to help me with it because i wasn't getting any results. when i got the company involved it helped out now I'm just trying to figure out a budget to do the local sponsor ads.

i guess my big question is what should i focus on first a tech or a receptionist? I'm debating about adding another manufacturer as a service provider my biggest concern is not having enough work to keep a tech busy. also can you guys give me around about of what you averagely spend on google ads per month? i know it differs between states etc I'm just curious what are companies spending out there.
