LG WM2496HSM WASHER

I have searched the posted manuals and there is one that is close, the LG WM2487H*M.  I've downloaded that one but am unsure if it is complete for WM2496HSM.  Water's not draining. I did not run diagnostics,  I went for pump before I downloaded the 2487.  The controller is a different part number between the two units.
