Dryer will not start, all the led lights operate properly and if you press the start button the drying light illuminates and it looks as if it should be working but the drum never moves. I have already purchased and replaced both the thermal limiter and the control thermistor. I just assumed it was one of the two and not home when my wife informed me of the issue so I ordered those 2 and I was wrong and after testing the old ones they tested good, $30 lesson. I'm assuming the door switch is good if the dryer goes into "drying mode" when start is pressed and it's also my understanding that the heat portion of the circuit will not work if the drum is not spinning. So I'm thinking it must be the motor but haven't been able to find any instruction on how to test the motor and or motor switch independently. I have the schematic but still unsure as to what to check.

Ok so after some more reading, I have 120v on the orange wire going into the door switch as well as on the tan wire leaving the switch when the door is closed. Now the gray wire leaving RL1 I have zero volts when checked against a ground but now I'm thinking I need to check it against a neutral. Just tried checking the gray wire against the neutral coming in and zero volts. I also tried both tests while starting the drying to see if it was just a temporary start wire but still zero or it happens so fast the meter don't pick it up lol. Using a multimeter btw, now I'm either not understanding how the dryer works or RL1 is no good which means it's the control board... Any thoughts?
