I have a Kenmore Dryer Model 110.87892601 that makes a really load noise after it has been running awhile.  It is a pulsating noise that is ear piercing the longer you let it go.  It doesn't always make the noise when it is first turned on but seems to get loader after it heats up. The performance of the dryer has been fine.  The noise is in synch with the drum spinning and pulsates like a wonk..wonk...wonk...wonk.  It almost sounds like something electrical/mechanical, not a bearing.  Does anybody have any ideas?  I could possibly record the sound and post it somehow if the this is possible.

Is the top panel dented down rubbing the drum?

No. It is perfectly flat. I have a video of the unit making the noise if that would be helpful. Not sure if I could up load it to this site or note. Maybe I can put it on YouTube and send a link.

Here is a video I uploaded to you tube.   This should help.

That sounds like something in the blower wheel.

Or the belt idler pully but check the blower first
