The softener dispenser is full of water at the end of a cycle. All the detergent and softener dispenses but it is still full of water at the end of the cycle. I did pull the dispenser and clean it out really good. Is there a solution to this

The valve may be allowing water to seep past the dispenser solenoid when the machine uses the main Hot and Cold parts of the valve for rinse/fill ? Definite possibility in hard water areas...Have you watched how the water sluices through the dispenser during operation?
