Kenmore Elite 630.17303401 Stuck on 1 minute rinse

Our dishwasher just stopped working yesterday, the dishwasher get stuck trying to finish the rinse cycle and sits with 1 minute left.  When the door is opened there isn't any water and then the time resets to 50 minutes.  I couldn't find any repair manual anywhere to see if there is a diagnostic mode I can put the dishwasher in to determine what might be wrong.

I found another thread somewhere stating it may be the control board, but am unsure of how to test it.  Any help or ideas on how to troubleshoot the issue would be great.

That's a Bosch built machine. I don't know which Bosch model it corresponds to but this might help.

Awesome that is supremely helpful!  Are you aware of any lookup table for seeing which Bosch model corresponds, or will it not matter when ordering a part?

Great! Thanks for the part numbers.

I just want to clarify what the issue is before buying a part, I verified that there is voltage when connecting the heating red wire from the control board to ground.  However when I checked the current through the red wire there is none.  What this tells me is that the control board is functioning properly as current is getting to the correct wire, but the heating control is not functioning as no current is flowing.  Correct?

That's pretty much true. Order the heater from the link provided by AARDL and they'll take it back if that doesn't solve your problem.

@AARDL So I got the part yesterday and am in the middle of the repair, however I notice that the new one does not have an electric actuating arm assembly under the turbidity sensor as the old part does.  Do i need to just complete the circuit so current will flow when needed, remove the connector from the main board, or is there a different part that I instead need to order?  Attached is the old heating element with the (now missing) piece.

Nevermind I took the one from the old part and stuck it on the new one, still having issues but at least that is correct now.
