Kenmore dryer won't start

My old Kenmore elite dryer (mod 110.85872401) stopped working after a power outage last night.    Lights come on the dryer. You can select the mode, press start, the dryer clicks to start, but the motor doesn't start.  Pressing the cancel resets the cycle and lights.
