That looks like a part number, though it doesn't actually pull up a part. GE PUB numbers are usually in the format of 31-####.

That's actually an old GE part number referencing the mini manual which is NLA on this almost 20 year old fridge. Cold control, along with various other parts, is NLA and defrost timer was used in a multitude of models. Thanks anyway.
