Kenmore SxS not making ice

I have been working on my Kenmore SxS refrigerator with a model number 106.51134210 It will make one batch of ice if I manually put the ice maker into a harvest. I can put unit into service mode, and it is telling me the ice bin is full. I have replace the emitter boards twice, ice maker twice, and all control boards. I am getting power to the emitter boards, 12v DC. Please help.

Will test 15 switch from 1 to 2 when optics flipper is closed n released.

Check that lower wire harness at door hinge that feeds ice maker its power .

wires will break at this point
