Thanks for reading. Any help would be appreciated.

Water has been running out from under the machine during and after cycles. Removed the bottom access panel and observed a few express wash cycles. No drips observed, but water would collect under the front feet, puddle there and then run out from under unit. Also observed water in the brackets where the door springs ride. Disconnected and pulled the unit out to inspect.  The bottom of the insulation blanket is wet around the exterior of the unit and there is water laying in the gap where the plastic bottom tub and the stainless housing meet--almost all the way around.  There is no obvious signs of leaking around the water inlet/vent assembly. Fittings on the drain line, vent and supply appear dry.  I was hoping this was just a door gasket, but now I'm thinking it may be even worse than I first thought.  Any insight would be appreciated. Check for plugged holes in spray arms and holes in silverware basket for items falling and stopping spray arm from rotating. Any of these would cause water to spray in the corners and leak out of dishwasher

Checked the arms for blocks and cracks. Found nothing. The Express Wash cycles were with the machine empty.  There was nothing in the basket and the leaks still occurred.  Would overfilling cause the leak?  I need to extend the water line to connect the supply while unit is out form under the counter which will take a run to the home improvement center first.

If they are pre-washing the dishes and not rinsing them completely, suds will cause the leak you describe also... have the homeowner do a load of dishes exactly like they normally would, otherwise, you are not seeing the whole story... it may also point to something like Ab is referring to by way of improper item placement in the basket deflecting water.
