I cannot get this file to download the troubleshooting or any of the big files, the little files do just fine, any help on this one.

I need it for DV50K8600EV/A3.

Can you describe the problem you're seeing in more detail? Is the site giving you an error of some kind, or is the download failing? If it's failing, is it doing so partway through the download?

Im using an ipad running Safari and when i click on the troubleshooting to download it starts with a blue line showing the file being downloaded then it just shoots across like its finished and the screen is blank. No fail messages or anything.

Thanks for the additional info -- I was able to reproduce this once when I tried on my mobile device, but all of my subsequent attempts successfully displayed the manual. How many times have you tried the download?

I keep trying it but it always does the same thing…I dont know.

I'm still looking into this -- it seems to have something to do with the sheer size of the file (91 MB is a lot).

The problem only seems to affect mobile devices, however. If you download it on a desktop computer, it should work just fine. So that's a temporary workaround for you while we sort this out.
