Kitchen Aid model no KSBS25FKBL02 compressor won't start. All fans on.  All compressor windings good at 6.5 ohms. Input to inverter board from control board reads 3.33 VDC. Is this too low? What can I do to isolate between control or inverter boards?

I don't think that reading is to low. If I remember correctly it should be between 3-6vdc. Did you check to make sure the inverter board gets 120vdc? Also, check each compressor pin to one of the copper lines. Make your meter reads OL.

Some whirlpool inverter boards have a diagnostic LED that blinks a code. See if your blinks.

Sure enough it was the inverter box . Fridge works fine now. The video said 4-6 VDC input which is why I thought it was too low. The spec for this one at least is 3-6 VDC. . Thanks for all the help!!
