I got the dryer disassembled and determined that the thermal fuse is blown.  I will blow out the vent piping and make sure there are no blockages.  This dryer is probably 18 years old.  What other parts should I replace while I have it open?  Belt? Rollers?  Any gaskets? I saw a suggestion to replace the gas valve coils...

Thanks in advance.  JimC

Blowing out the duct is not a good way to clean them.

remove the back metal panel and clean out the blower housing while you have the machine apart it will collect lots of pencils, buttons, and lint over the years.
