I have watched the video on how to find files many times.  I have been trying to search for it using the wildcard.

I have searched under files, blogs and some other places on the site.  none of the results show my model number 106.57036600 no matter what I put in. ie 106.570*, 106.5703* etc.   I could not find my model number even under the subheadings which show all the model numbers the files support.

Thank you very much. I still haven't figured out how to find that.  There must be a list that cross references to be able to find which other model to use to find the tech sheet. maybe you could fill me in.

Whirlpools are usually fairly easy. Look up the parts diagram on http://www.searspartsdirect.com and most of the time they have the tech sheet number listed on the part diagram. You can type that tech sheet number into the site here and if it is in the database then it should pop up. 

When you are searching Kenmore numbers on here leave the dot out of the number, it confuses the search.
