Mod: 110.26002011 top loading HE washer won't spin drum

I can power up the device.  If I select a wash cycle, and close close the lid, it latches, goes through several clicks that sound "normal", and then after ~60 seconds the door unlocks and the cycle ends.

The drum never moves and it never fills nor empties water.

I don't recall if this was the case before, but I can freely spin the drum around, and wobble it back and forth on the cone-like element in the center bottom of the drum.

Herself says this happened before, and I fixed it.  I don't remember doing that, but if I did, It had to have you all that instructed me.  Unfortunately my profile lists no posts for me to which I can refer.

I know I've posted three or four times but it was long ago.  I feel confused.

I know there's no solution here for the confusion, but do any of you all have any tips about fixing the washer?

The local Marcone is closed weekends.  It'd be great if I could go after work today and get some parts.

Thank you.

-Will
