Samsung Washer Service Bulletin - Spin Cycle Failure

MODELS: WF350, WF340, WF331, WF330

SUBJECT: Spin Cycle failure.

SYMPTOMS:

Clothes are wet at the end of the spin cycle.

The washer does not proceed to the spin cycle or the spin cycle does not terminate.

The display freezes at 7 minutes and the spin cycle does not terminate.

REPAIR:

Depending on the serial number and production period of the washer, you will need to replace the ASSY PCB MAIN in the washer or replace the ASSY PCB MAIN and the ASSY MOTOR.

Tables listing the washers, serial number ranges, and production ranges are listed in the bulletin.
