Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

I am looking for the tech manual for a kenmore 790.49609315 electric wall oven mounted with microwave.  most of my regular sources don't even show this model except sears parts direct.

Also, maybe you can tell me what the frigidaire model number is for this unit.  need a little help from my friends

Tech sheet, parts manual, and schematics: 

 

You can usually cross it over to the OEM equivalent by using a key part like the EOC, plugging that PN into Appliance Parts Pros, and looking on their cross reference list. Not 100% but it works most of the time.
