I guess not folks, lol. this customer reported that the cooling fan for the oven will not turn off. he sent me an owners manual with a schematic in the end that is cool but he wants me to either fix or disable the cooling fan. I believe getting parts will be a problem for this unit and I'm reluctant to disabling anything designed into a product. What do you all think about this, what is the purpose of a oven cooling fan anyway, it will cool off in time right. What liability if any would I be responsible for in this case?

Do not disable a cooling fan 

its likely using a standard style of thermal cutoff anyway which should be easily fixed
