Looking for 1990's Gaggenau Repair, Morristown NJ Area

Good Evening,

My in-laws in NJ own two vintage Gaggenau EB876/EB877 ovens, that were likely installed when the house was built, i.e. in the mid 1980's. They are very interesting on the inside, featuring very complex electromechanical controls with long rods and lots of cams interacting with micro-switches. (I take appliances apart for a living). I've attached a picture of the thing with the top cover off, the cabling is almost as amusing as the print on the circuit diagram is tiny! These ovens are pretty durable, considering how long they have lasted despite heavy use.

However, one of them no longer turns on the heating element in the convection bake cycle. I checked the element with a multi-meter, it seems to be OK; I suspect its one of the relays.

My in-laws have had no luck getting the unit repaired as everyone that has come so far looked the the thing, scratched their head, and walked back out. I wonder if someone here has experience with this model and has a source for spare parts. If interested, please reply with your contact information. Many thanks, Constantin
