Manufacturer: Kenmore
Type of Appliance: dishwasher
Model Number: 665.12773K312
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Complaint was that dishwasher not cleaning well.  Motor and spray sound good but spray arms do not move.  this is one that has a diverter.  It seems to me that this is not working but it did test fine on ohms.  This is the 3rd one in a month I've seen like this.  They are wasting my time.

Thanks for any input.

Hello.

Top Rack only button has to be pushed to be turned on when normal cycle pushed.

Is there a good way to test this diverter without having to pull the dishwasher or from the control board.  I'm wondering if it can be exposed and see if it moves during the cycle?

Thanks.
